Con Survival Staying Healthy & Happy at a Con-Roskin

Con Survival Guide: How to Stay Healthy and Happy at a Con While cons may be super fun, they can also be super stressful at times. This includes the period before and after the con as well, and while no one has perfected con-crunching or how to avoid post-con depression, my friends and I have learned some tricks over the years to make your con experience as a whole a little more enjoyable. So come pull up a chair as we all swap tips and stories, whether this is your 1st or 15th con I promise you'll learn something new (or at least have a good time and maybe a snack or two).
